Our policies

What to expect before you walk in or book.

Booking and deposits

We do not take a deposit. Walk in any day we are open, or book a time online or on WhatsApp. Booked clients start at their time, ahead of the line.

How the line works

Give your name at the front counter and we tell you the wait for what you want. If you would rather run an errand, we text or WhatsApp you when your chair is ready. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.

Canceling and running late

If you booked and cannot come, tell us two hours ahead by phone, text or WhatsApp. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten your service or move you to the next opening.

If you miss an appointment

A missed time is time another client could have used. After a missed booking, send us a message and we will put you back on the book; your next visit can be a walk-in.

Children and companions

Children are welcome with an adult beside them. Kids' manicures are for ages 6 to 12, and younger children can sit at the table with the adult they came with.

Patch tests and allergies

Tell us if you have reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut or an infection on your hands or feet. We may ask you to see your doctor first and will gladly rebook you. If you have diabetes or a wound on your foot, check with your doctor before a pedicure.

Redos and refunds

Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you. If your nails were done somewhere else, book removal first, and please do not pull off gel or acrylic yourself.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your technician at the counter, in cash or on the card, or when you book.

Come in when it suits you

Walk in, or choose a time that suits you.
